Registering for 2027

Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an eventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
At checkout, you will be able to enter your top three booth location preferences, purchase add-ons, complete your profile application and select your payment method (credit card).
Submit your order! Note: Your payment will be placed on hold and does not get processed until after your order is approved.

Other perks located in your Hub: you will have access to download/print your invoice or receipt, access documents, send me messages, see your booth assignment and other logistics leading up to the event.

Be sure to bookmark eventhub.net and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete next steps! Once your order is approved, you can send us paperwork, access your invoice, send us messages, and view your logistics info/booth assignment all from your Order Summary. All communication will be done on the EventHub platform. This tutorial will show you the possibilities:

Is there a fee to park?

Vendor parking passes must be purchased by Apr 1 and will be distributed on Friday at load-in. (Make arrangements with Tracy if you’re loading in on Saturday.) Passes are $15 for the weekend. Vehicle or trailer left overnight, need an overnight parking pass - additional $15. Vehicles left overnight without an overnight pass will be towed. Use Gate 8 for Vendor Parking.
Event Tear Down

Sunday, April 18:
5:30pm - 8pm
After the TinyFest teams makes sure all guests are safely out of the venue area, they will announce “All Clear” at which time vehicles can be brought into or out of the venue area.

Monday, April 19:
All property must be removed from the exhibit area by 10am.
Insurance Requirements

Certificate of Insurance needs to be provided to Renee or Tracy prior to March 18th. For specific insurance requirements refer to your Event Hub account or email Renee or Tracy.

If you do not have business insurance, ACT insurance provides an option for short-term insurance at a reasonable rate. Use the Code “TinyFest5” to save 5%
Event Setup

Thursday, April 15:
Noon to 6pm: Pro-Built Houses
Friday, April 16:
9am - 2pm: Pro-Built Houses & Vans and Outdoor Exhibitors with vehicles as part of their display
12pm- 8pm: Indoor Exhibitors
4pm - 8pm: Outdoor exhibits without vehicles as part of their display

Saturday, April 17:
7am: Indoor and Outdoor Exhibitors without vehicles as part of their display
8am: All extra vehicles moved out of exhibit area.
9:30am: Vendor check-in deadline. Fee applies for late check in.

Sunday, April 18:
9:30am: Vendor check-in deadline. Fee applies for late check in.
Event Rules

THE ONE BIG RULE:
NO vehicles may move in the exhibit area while attendees are present. TinyFest will give an “All Clear” when all attendees are safely out of the space. If you disobey this rule, you will not be invited to any future TinyFest events.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rain Policy
The event with take place rain or shine.
Canopies
Per fire code, canopies are not allowed inside the building.
Can I Camp On-Site?

$45 per night
Includes electrical (20 amps max), water & sewage access. RV campers need to bring one hundred feet (100’) of 6/4 SOOW type extension cord with 50 Amp Cali Twist (Hubble CS6364C) for each RV

Event Security

There will be overnight security and the building will be locked each night. Exhibitors should ensure that all merchandise is secured before leaving the grounds. Regardless, TinyFest can accept no responsibility for loss or theft of your merchandise.
Rental Items

Electricity, tables, chairs & canopies are available to rent. You can order any of these options in your EventHub account.
Hotel Discounts

More information once location is officially announced.
Is food available?

Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. If you’d like to bring your own food, please feel free to have a picnic at your vehicle.
Is water available?

Yes! We prefer to avoid single-use plastic, so please bring a reusable water bottle or two.
Animal Policy

Do not bring a pet. Only Service Animals are allowed. This does not include Emotional Support Animals.
Sales Tax Permit

If onsite sales will occur, all necessary state sales tax permits must be obtained.
Refunds

Refunds are available to an exhibitor who cancels more than 30 days prior to the event.
