Is there a fee to park?
Parking passes MUST be purchased ahead of time and will be given to you on Friday at load-in. You must make arrangements with Renee or Tracy if you are not loading in on Friday. You MUST use Gate 8 for Vendor Parking. The price will be $12 for the weekend instead of $12 a day. If leaving a vehicle or trailer overnight, you will need an overnight parking pass or it will be towed. They are also $12 for the weekend.

Event Setup
Outdoor exhibits with vehicles as part of the display: Arrive Friday 9am-2pm.
Outdoor exhibits without vehicles: Arrive Friday 4pm-8pm or Saturday 7am-9am. Indoor exhibits: Arrive Friday from 12pm-8pm or Saturday 7am-9am.
ALL load-in vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area before 8am Saturday.
Friday, April 17th:
9am - 2pm: Pro-Built Houses & Vans and Outdoor Exhibitors with vehicles as part of their display
12pm- 8pm: Indoor Exhibitors
4pm - 8pm: Outdoor exhibits without vehicles as part of their display
Saturday, April 18th:
7am: Indoor and Outdoor Exhibitors without vechicles as part of their display
8am: All extra vehicles moved out of exhibit area to the vendor parking area.
9:30am: Vendor check-in deadline. Fee applies for late check in.

Insurance Requirements
Certificate of Insurance needs to be provided to Renee or Tracy prior to March 18th.
The following entities must be endorsed as Additional Insureds on all policies: Tiny Fest, LLC & The State of California, The District Agricultural Association, County Fair, The County in which the County Fair is Located, Lessor/Sublessor if fair site is leased/subleased, Citrus Fruit Fair, or California Exposition and State Fair, or Entities (public or non-profit) operating California designated agricultural fairs, their directors, officers, agents servants, and employees are made additional insured, but only insofar as the operations under this contract are concerned.
The minimum coverage required is Commercial General Liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The event dates, including set-up and tear-down, must be listed. The business address for TinyFest, LLC is PO Box 38, Umpqua, OR 97486.
If you do not have business insurance, ACT insurance provides an option for short-term insurance at a reasonable rate. Use the Code “TinyFest5” to save 5% -
Event Tear Down
Sunday, March 9th:
5:30pm - 8pm
After the TinyFest teams makes sure all guests are safely out of the venue area, they will announce “All Clear” at which time vehicles can be brought into the venue area to load out.
Monday, March 10th:
All property must be removed from the exhibit area by 10am. -
Event Rules
THE ONE BIG RULE:
NO vehicles may move in the exhibit area while attendees are present. TinyFest will give an “All Clear” when all attendees are safely out of the space. If you disobey this rule, you will not be invited to any future TinyFest events. NO EXCEPTIONS.Rain Policy

Per fire code, canopies are not allowed inside the building. -
Event Security
There will be overnight security Friday and Saturday and the building will be locked at night. Exhibitors should ensure that all merchandise is secured before leaving the grounds. Regardless, TinyFest can accept no responsibility for loss or theft of your merchandise.

Electricity, tables, chairs & canopies are available to rent. You can order any of these options on the registration page.

Is water available?
Yes! We prefer to avoid single-use plastic, so please bring a reusable water bottle or two.

Is food available?
Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. If you’d like to bring your own food, please feel free to have a picnic at your vehicle.

Animal Policy
Do not bring a pet. Only Service Animals are allowed. This does not include Emotional Support Animals.

Sales Tax Permit
If onsite sales will occur, all necessary state sales tax permits must be obtained.

Refunds
Refunds are available to an exhibitor who cancels more than 30 days prior to the event.
